Fluff free with all the trimmings, Authentic & Honest, no BS. We are down to earth, playful, yet deadly serious about our clients’ success.

The journey for our clients is completely customized, We have a 360° approach in the way we support our clients on their non-linear path to success. We don’t just create a clear vision and set of goals for our clients so their business can grow, We also make sure that they have a clear path for their personal development and their business goals align with their personal values.

We have 4 coaches in our team, all of us are fiercely passionate about the beauty industry as we all have industry experience under our belt. We know first hand and what an incredible gift it is to work in this incredible industry.

Jay Chapman

Co-Founder and Coach

Jay is the co-founder of Your Growth Coaches. With 11 years of experience as a coach in the Hair and Beauty industry, Jay is a ninja when it comes to coaching content and resource creation, and that’s where he spends most of his time.

Jay has a knack for simplifying the complex and unpacking unhelpful mindsets that keep you stuck.

Marie Drever

Co-Founder and Coach

Marie is the co-founder of Your Growth Coaches and also the polar opposite of her business partner Jay, (that’s why it works!). With a 26 year career in beauty and employing up to 20 employees at any one time, it goes without saying that she is the queen of structure and organization.

Marie LOVES all things numbers, finance, debt management and KPIs.

Tyler Kilvington

Marketing and Events Manager

Our very first full time team member from way back, Tyler has a Marketing degree specializing in events management under her belt.

Tyler has a varied role from new client acquisition, event planning and also program management of our short courses. She has a memory like an elephant and her super power lies in marketing strategy.

Linda Vergura

Head of Coaching

If Linda was a car…. she would be a V12 Rolls Royce. Precise, detailed and packs a mighty punch when it comes to it.

Linda not only supports our clients, but she is also responsible for training and guiding our accountability coaches. Her ability to create impactful meeting rhythms is second to none.

Kerry Fulluck

Support and Accountability Coach

Don’t let her British accent fool you, Kerry is a fully fledged Aussie calling the Sunshine Coast home. With too many years to mention as a salon/clinic owner, Kerry is brilliant at team development and delegation to create balance.

Liz Brown

Social Media Manager

Our silent social media assassin, Liz has boundless creativity when it comes to all things social media. Algorithms, hashtags, scheduling and strategy…. When she isn’t busy chasing her sons around, she is creating beautiful imagery for us at YGC.
