Our flagship offering and where most of our clients sit. It’s a perfect balance between accountability, coaching and community. We work with you to create your goals 4 months in advance and then align all of our support around helping you achieve your outcomes. It’s all about creating a winning rhythm. We help you cherry pick our resources, live session and portal content so you are only ever consuming and learning what is relevant to you!
Inclusions:
- 4 x Onboarding sessions over an 8 week period, to get you started
- Fortnightly 1-1 sessions ongoing with your Support Coach for accountability to your plan, goals and targets.
- Weekly task accountability via Voxer
- Weekly analysis and feedback on figures via Voxer
- 24/7 access to our online resource portal
- Traffic lighting meetings on your progress every 3 months, assessing what's working and what's not
- 4 x in person/ online planning events per year (free entry)
- Monthly LIVE Masterclasses (8-10 per year), with the YGC community and guest speakers - deep dives into business topics with group Q & A
- Join Jay live weekly for his Momentum & Motivation session every Monday
- Monthly LIVE Team Training sessions (your team are invited)
Our Bloom Program
Less intense but still mighty powerful, Our Bloom coaching program is all about unpacking your previous month, and making a plan for your month ahead. Clarity, focus and support.
Inclusions:
- 4 x Onboarding sessions over an 8 week period, to get you started
- Monthly 1-1 sessions (called Silver Bullets) with your Support Coach, to unpack the past month, set objectives for the month ahead, analyse your figures and keep you accountable to your plan
- 24/7 access to our online resource portal
- Traffic lighting meetings on your progress every 3 months, assessing what's working and what's not
- The option to purchase 1 x extra silver bullet session with your Support Coach every 6 weeks for $99
- 4 x in person/ online planning events per year (free entry)
- Monthly LIVE Masterclasses (8-10 per year), with the YGC community and guest speakers - deep dives into business topics with group Q & A
